We are seeking a highly organised, confident, proactive and creatively minded production manager/senior production coordinator, to support our Artistic Director in delivering an exciting programme of projects between January and July 2026. This is a key role at the heart of our creative output.
Have experience in cultural, artistic or events production.
Have a strong local knowledge and ideally based in Birmingham or the West Midlands.
Be a confident communicator who can stay calm and organised under pressure.
Be someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments.
A driver would be beneficial (not essential).
Be passionate and aligned to Soul City Arts values
Work closely with the Artistic Director to plan and deliver major creative projects.
Lead on coordination and logistics for Soul City Art’s programme of work including outdoor events.
Liaise confidently with artists, performers, venues, suppliers and technical teams.
Support budget management, including invoicing, receipts and financial tracking.
Provide hands-on production support during rehearsals, build days, tech and live delivery.
